Dart Angels Ltd. provide private hire for a wide range of trips and journeys from our base in Dartford, from regular school routes to social hire, individual events, business, and corporate hire – we transport locally, Kent environs and in southeast London. Our unique private hire services ensure passengers are transported safely, comfortably, and efficiently. Our local knowledge and resource capability in delivering services are unrivaled and we plan to expand our operations across the United Kingdom.

Health & Safety
Our passenger safety and comfort are always of prime importance and all our vehicles are maintained to the highest possible standards and regularly inspected and serviced. Dart Angels Ltd. ensure that their vehicles are fitted with standard safety devices including seatbelts to ensure safety and comfort. Our team of professional drivers is all DBS checked and up to date with their Professional Competence Training as part of our compliance policy.
Training
All of our Drivers and Passenger Assistants undertake a comprehensive training package including, but not limited to Safeguarding, First Aid, Passenger Assistant Training Scheme (PATS), Understanding Autism, and Epilepsy Awareness and children with special needs
This training, coupled with our Driver’s and Passenger Assistants’ natural empathy, enables them to treat each passenger with care and compassion and provide high quality, safe and efficient transport services to children, young people, and adults who are vulnerable and potentially at risk.
Data Protection
At Dart Angels Ltd., we are aware of the importance of information sent to Operators that may contain sensitive personal information as defined by the Data Protection Act, which we do not take with levity and we ensure that email accounts must only be accessible to authorized personnel within the organization. It is our responsibility to ensure they are fully compliant with data protection legislation.

Emergency Plan
As emergency is inevitable, we have in place a defined and clearly documented procedures to be followed by drivers in the event of an accident, breakdown, or other similar emergencies which include provision for any passenger onboard the vehicle to be instructed to remain on the vehicle if, in the judgment of the driver, it appears safe for the passenger to do so; and for parents, schools and Public Transport to be advised at the earliest opportunity of the incident (including any injuries to passengers) and the action that would be taken or proposes to take. One of the emergency procedures that will have in place is the emergency contact information of our passengers especially young children and adults who are vulnerable.
